Nose: woody aroma, an antique oak, leads with soft, buttery fudge a touch of apricot yoghurt. Some milk chocolate and cider apple with hint of earthy spice and old leather.
Palate: Spiced toffee apple cake, vanilla cream and a sherry nuttiness rise initially before notes of warm gingerbread and Turkish Delight emerge. Sweet cereals, manuka honey and new leather form the backdrop against an oak core.
Finish: A lengthy finish with more wood and hints of walnut , buttery corn, toffee and cocoa.
