Legalities:

  • All deliveries must be received by persons aged 18 or above
  • We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify your age
  • We reserve the right to reject your purchase if you appear intoxicated or are physically or verbally abusive to any of our team members

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason (e.g out of stock, error in pricing). We apologize in advance if your chosen item is unavailable.

How Delivery Works:

FREE Next Day Delivery:

  • Our friendly staff will prepare your purchase to be delivered the very next day if you place your order before 12am (midnight).
  • All orders made before midnight will enjoy FREE delivery, and you will be able to select from the timeslots available

Same Day Delivery:

  • As long as you place your order before 12pm (noon), we can deliver your favourite booze anywhere in Singapore during your selected time slot
  • Same day delivery costs $10

Additional Terms and Condition:

  • Deliveries and additional charges:
    • We deliver to anywhere in Singapore with a valid postal code and address
    • Our default mode is next day delivery (for same day delivery, please select this option when making your order)
    • Purchases above $80 get free delivery (only applies to total value of alcohol purchased)
    • A $7 delivery fee will be incurred for orders below $80
    • A surcharge of $5 to be total bill will be added for all orders made on public holidays
    • Delivery to Sentosa incurs an additional $10 delivery charge.
    • We suggest scheduling your delivery in advance as delivery times for actual day delivery depend heavily on traffic and weather conditions
    • In the case of a failed delivery or failed payment, a charge of not less that $15 will be incurred in compensation for administrative costs and mileage
  • Advance orders can be placed by ordering through our website and selecting your desired date and time for delivery.
  • You may choose from the delivery timings provided, however we are not able to guarantee delivery of your item during the time slot chosen. If the slot you have selected is oversubscribed, the delivery might be delayed into the next time slot. In this case our service staff will drop you an email in advance to notify you of the delay.
  • Should you require express delivery within a specific one-hour timeslot, a fee of $30 will be imposed to arrange a direct delivery to you from our warehouse. This service is subject to availability.
  • During inclement weather, traffic congestion, times of extremely high call volume or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than expected or may temporarily be unavailable. If any of these circumstances arise, our staff will contact you via your contact number submitted to update you.
  • Change of Delivery Timing
    • Changes to delivery timing may only be made at least 24 hours before the time slot. You can request for a change in delivery timing by contacting our customer service hotline. Your requested delivery time slot is subject to availability.
  • Payments and Promotions
    • Payment methods offered are Cash on Delivery or Credit/Debit Card (VISA/Mastercard)
    • Currently, our system DOES NOT accept payments by American Express (AMEX)
    • All discounts or promotions only apply to our alcoholic products

  • Cancellation/Returns
    • Cancellations are generally only allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the specific delivery time slot. You can request for cancellation by contacting our customer service hotline.
    • Returns are not allowed. However, if your purchase is damaged upon delivery, we will arrange for you to exchange your purchase for a new bottle/product of the same value. Please contact our office directly for more information.

  • Other Terms and Conditions
    • All liquor bottles are 700ml in size unless otherwise indicated. If a bottle of a smaller size is listed on our website, this does not automatically imply that a lower price will be charged.
    • We are not a wine trading company. The wine we offer is subject to available stock from local distributors and suppliers. Thus, the vintages of wines we offer are subject to change. If in doubt, please call our hotline directly.
    • All our customers are advised to examine all goods purchased at point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately.
