Legalities
- All deliveries must be received by persons aged 18 or above.
- We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify your age.
- We reserve the right to reject your purchase if you appear intoxicated or are physically or verbally abusive to any of our team members.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to fulfil it for any reasons. (e.g out of stock, error in pricing). We apologise in advanced if your chosen item is unavailable.
Delivery Policy
How Our Delivery Works
- FREE Next Day Delivery
- Our friendly staff will prepare your favourite booze to be delivered the very next day if you place your order before 12am (midnight)!
- All orders made before midnight will enjoy FREE delivery, and you will be able to select from time slots available!
- SAME DAY Delivery
- Missed the cut-off time last night because you were busy drinking? Not to worry! So long as you place your order before 12pm (noon), we can deliver your favourite booze anywhere in Singapore during your time slot selected!
- Same day delivery costs only an additional $7!

Other Points to Note
- We currently deliver to Singapore addresses only, and our default mode is next day delivery.
- Purchases above $80 get free delivery (only applies to total amount of alcohol purchased).
- A $7 delivery fee will be incurred for orders below $80.
- We deliver to anywhere in Singapore with a valid postal code and address. We suggest e depends heavily on traffic and weather conditions.
- Delivery to Sentosa incurs an additional $10 delivery charge.
- In the case of a failed delivery or failed payment, a charge of not less that $15 will be incurred in compensation for any administrative costs and mileage.
Legalities
- Advanced orders can be placed by ordering through our website and selecting your desired date and time for delivery, on any day from 12 noon - 10.30pm.
- You may choose from the delivery timings provided, however we are not be able to guarantee delivery of your item during the timing chosen. If the slot you have selected is oversubscribed, the delivery might be delayed into the next time slot. In this case our service staff will drop you an email in advance to notify you of the delay.
- We are unable to cater to specific timings as our orders are dispatched in batches. Should you require express delivery within a specific one hour time slot, a fee of $30 will be imposed to arrange a special delivery from warehouse to you directly. Express delivery is subject to availability.|
- During inclement weather, traffic congestion, times of extremely high call volume or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than expected or may temporarily be unavailable. If any of these circumstances arise, our friendly staff will contact you via your contact number submitted to update you.
Change of Delivery Timing
- Changes to delivery timing may only be made at least 24 hours before the time slot. You can request for a change in delivery timing by contacting our customer service hotline. Your requested delivery time slot is subject to availability.
Payments and Promotions
- Payment methods offered are via Cash on Delivery or online card payments (VISA/Mastercard) Currently, our system DOES NOT accept payments by American Express (AMEX)
- All discounts or promotions only apply to our alcoholic products.
Cancellation/Returns
- Cancellations are generally only allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the specific delivery time slot. You can request for cancellation by contacting our customer service hotline.
- Returns are generally not allowed and are subject to terms and conditions . Please contact our office directly for more information.
Other Terms and Conditions
- All liquor bottles are in 700ml unless otherwise indicated. Sizes of bottles might change, however this does not automatically imply that a lower price will be charged.
- We are not a wine trading company. The wine we offer is subject to available stocks from local distributors and suppliers. Thus, the vintages of wines we offer are subject to change. If in doubt, please call our hotline directly.
- All our customers are advised to examine all goods purchased at point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately.
- A surcharge of $5 to be total bill will be levied for all orders on public holidays.
